The hot mineral water of the Miette Hot Springs in Jasper National Park is the hottest water in all the Canadian Rockies Hot Springs. Fur traders built a dam to allow cool water from a nearby creek to mix with the mineral-rich hot water. The water temperatures are kept a comfortable 103 degrees F. Bathing suit, changing rooms and towel rentals are offered.
