This scenic loop goes from Whitehorse to
Skagway, and
Haines, and back to Whithorse. This route can also begin in
Haines, and travels up the
Haines Hwy through the Canadian customs station. Then at Haines Junction, the road travels east on the
Alaska Hwy to Whitehorse, Yukon's capital city. The loop provides spectacular scenery, from Alaska's Chiklat range, to Canada's highest mountains, cloaked in ice.
