Thayer Lake Wilderness Lodge is located in the heart of Admiralty Island National Monument and Kootznoowoo Wilderness. The Nelson family has a special permit with the U.S. Forest Service to operate in Thayer Lake Wilderness Lodge, while providing wilderness exposure with comfort, privacy, nature photography, fishing and bear viewing at Pack Creek Bear Preserve. Their packages include the Thayer Lake adventure package, Pack Creek Bear viewing package, Flout fishing package and Thayer Lake wilderness custom package.
