The commercial and governmental centers for the
Wilcox County (
Central Region), are located right here in Camden.
The city is located off the junction of Highways 10 and 41 near
Roland Cooper State Park along Highway 41.
With all of the commercial traffic in the area, it is a growing area that is home to many people in the industry. The area is also home to many governmental people that run the county day in and day out making sure that the county runs properly.
Near the city is the Roland Cooper State Park where many activities are held. Things to do such as picnicking and trails to hike are available for anyone to participate in.
