Elberta

Elberta is a city with a rich history that can be found in its local museums like the Baldwin County Heritage Museum.


The city is located in Baldwin County (Gulf Coast Region), only ten miles East of Foley placing it as part of the Mobile, Alabama metro area.
Small and large businesses are the part of the city that keeps its old town feel. One of these is the Sweet Home Cheese Farm. At the cheese farm, there is plenty of cheese for people to come in and try some out while visiting the area. The city also has the Elberta Sausage Festival every year.
Pride is taken at the Biophilia Nature Center where all of nature is taken into consideration when preserving plants and animals in a safe environment.
Accommodations in the area include many hotels and motels. There is also a large variety of shopping at the Riviera Centre Factory Stroes.
