Named for founder Mr. J. Head, Headland is located in Henry County (Southeast Region), on Highway 134.
One of the historic sites in the area is The Porch House built in 1897 and is now converted to a eating area and civic meeting room. Another main attraction to the area is the Three Pigs BBQ built around 1917.
