Mentone is located in
De Kalb County (
North Region).
Some of the historic sites and museums in the area are the Mentone Springs Hote and the DeSoto Falls.
The falls are inside the DeSoto State Park providing an attractions to the Little River Canyon area. These provide many hiking, fishing, boating, and picnicking opportunities.
