Centre Elementary School was built in 1929. It prepares students to become positive members of society by allowing them to communicate, work cooperatively with others, and use reasoning skills. Classes are offered for kindergarten to 5th grade. Counseling, character education, computer education, and art are also taught along with the curriculum of core subjects. It has a Writing to Read lab for kindergarten and 1st grade. The Library supports the Accelerated Reading program. Various clubs and fun centered activities are available for students.
