The nature center of this 1,000-acre forest and wildlife sanctuary has exhibits focusing on Ruffner Mountain's biology, geology and history. There are 11 miles of hiking trails and two wildflower gardens are featured. Open Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm, Sunday 1-5pm; closed major holidays. Free to the public.
