Russellville is located in

North Region), 17 miles South of Muscle Shoals along Highway 48.
Some of the local attractions in the area include the Bear Creek Lakes, and the Twin Pines Country Club. The lakes are wonderful places to enjoy boating and fishing. Many shops are in the area to assist with all water activities.
