Siloam Springs is located in Benton County west of Fayetteville between Gentry and Cincinnati, off of US Hwy 412 on the banks of the Illinois River near the Oklahoma boarder.

The population estimate for July 1, 1998 was 10,734, an increase of 2,583 since 1990.

Siloam Springs is part of the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers, Arkansas metro area.
