Cedar Rock Yoga Studio offers a friendly atmosphere in a spacious studio in the woods. It is fully equipped with props used in the Iyengar Hatha yoga method.The Center offers several beginners and level II classes, and an aerobic sun-salute class for experienced students. Each class offers a personal means of self-exploration to help to reduce physical discomforts, mental stress, and lead more fulfilling lives.
