Bisbee Arizona

Bisbee is located in Cochise County, of which it is the county seat, southeast of Tucson between Tombstone and the United States/Mexico border along Highway 80.

Bisbee, 90 miles southeast of Tucson, is the county seat of historic Cochise County. The community was founded in 1880 and named after Judge DeWitt Bisbee, a financial backer of the Copper Queen Mine.

Today, Bisbee is an artist colony and retirement community. Bisbee is home to art galleries, gourmet restaurants, coffeehouses, bookstores and specialty shops. The town also features restored neighborhoods of Victorian and European-style homes.
