Offset from the main lobby by tiered levels, the Desert Garden Bistro is a casual, comfortable atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, open for three meals daily from 6:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. A variety of bistro style entrees are offered ranging from fresh salads to pasta and prime meats. The Bistro also features a Sunday brunch. Brunch is served in the Desert Garden Bistro Sundays from 10:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. The Bistro also features breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains.
