Greer is located northeast of Globe between Pinetop-Lakeside and the New Mexico state line along Highway 260 near the White Mountain Reservoir and Sunrise Lake.Located in the spectacular White Mountains, Greer is nestled in a remote mountain valley five miles south of Arizona 260 at the end of Arizona 373. There is no through traffic so the town offers an atmosphere that is quiet, slow-paced and tranquil. With the elevation at 8,525 feet, the summers are cool, crisp and inviting.
