Grand Canyon IMAX Theatre

The Grand Canyon IMAX Theatre is located at the South entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park. The Grand Canyon IMAX Theater presents films created using IMAX technology, projected on a screen 6 stories high and 82 feet wide. This visual delight is enhanced by sensory 6-track Dolby stereo surround sound.

The hours of the theater vary. The winter schedule runs from November 1 until February 28. The hours are from 10:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.

The theater is located on Highway 64/US 180 south of Park Entrance and 1/2 mile north of Grand Canyon Airport.
