The Grand Canyon IMAX Theatre is located at the South entrance of the Grand Canyon National Park. The Grand Canyon IMAX Theater presents films created using IMAX technology, projected on a screen 6 stories high and 82 feet wide. This visual delight is enhanced by sensory 6-track Dolby stereo surround sound.The hours of the theater vary. The winter schedule runs from November 1 until February 28. The hours are from 10:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. The theater is located on Highway 64/US 180 south of Park Entrance and 1/2 mile north of Grand Canyon Airport.
