HASTC has hosted over 4,500 athletes from almost 40 countries since its formation in 1994. Athletes trained at this collegiate-based complex in Flagstaff, have won 191 Olympic and Paralympic Medals since 1996. High-performance seminars and workshops provide hands-on training at one of the elite training facilities and completely supported with sports medicine. These half-day to one-day programs are designed for a broad diversity of sports, educational, and corporate organizations. Sport-specific workshops are offered for junior high, high school, and collegiate level athletes and specialized continuing education seminars are available for coaches and fitness trainers.
