Comments: I attended a conference at this retreat center in December. I was disappointed that they do not offer a place to eat for customers to address the needs odf someone vacationing. I was informed when there are enough people there, then the dining room will be opened. It was opened at least 2x's that I knew about. I found no vending machines to help me out except for a pepsi/coke machine. This was terrible for someone not familiar with the area. They gave walking/driving instructions to me. I stayed 3 nights (arrived Thursday)and NEVER had my room cleaned except for the day I was leaving (Sunday). The bed was never made and the trash overflowed. When I asked if I could stay a couple hours after checkout time due to an afternoon flight, they refused due to policy. I asked if my room was booked and they replied IT WAS NOT, but they had to clean it. But I could book it for another night. I was very disappointed and would not stay there again.
