Snuggled close to the Hassayampa River, this is a riding and relaxing ranch surrounded by hundreds of miles of sights and adventures. Adobe buildings sit beneath huge salt cedar trees, surrounded by giant saguaro cacti. Guests are provided a full breakfast in the dining room, and all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner. The main lodge is set off by a huge stone fireplace. Accommodations include eight rooms, each with a private bath. Also two-bedrom, two-bath cottage are available with a living room and fireplaces. Ranch-style recreation includes cowboy-led trail rides on well-mannered horses, swimming, hiking in the desert hills, or a drive into the mountains of the scenic Sonoran desert. Early reservations are suggested.
