Mazatzal Casino

The Mazatzal (MAD' uh-zell) Casino is located on the south end of Payson, Arizona on Highway 87, also known as the Beeline Highway. The 38,000 square-foot casino is located on Tonto Apache Tribal land with beautiful views of the Mazatzal Mountains. Mazatzal Casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The casino has 400 slot, video slot, video poker & video blackjack machines. The non-smoking slot room opened May 25, 2001. It houses 70 assorted machines.

Mazatzal Casino also offers live poker (plenty of assorted games & FREE lessons), live KENO (win up to $50,000) and six BINGO sessions a week, both matinee and evening.

The Cedar Ridge Restaurant serves a big menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Apache Spirits Sports Bar features discount drink prices and plenty of televisions to catch all major sports.

Also inside the casino is a video arcade, the Dream Catcher Gift Shop, banquet facilities, and live entertainment.
