Mayo Clinic Hospital opened in October 1998 as the first hospital planned, designed and built by Mayo Clinic. It is designed to provide inpatient care with maximum efficiency in a patient-and-visitor-friendly environment. Mayo Clinic Hospital is located on a 210-acre site at 56th Street and Mayo Boulevard (north of Bell Road) in the high growth corridor of northeast Phoenix.
