Wickenburg Public Library, serving an area of 5,000 residents, has a collection of 40,000 books and periodicals; in addition, there are 1,380 CDs, records, cassettes and other audio materials, as well as 1,150 video items, such as DVDs and VHS tapes. Internet terminals are available for use by the general public. Staffing consists of 6 employees, including one fully accredited librarian, plus volunteers. Annual expenditures on the library collection total $20,000. Patrons make 132,000 visits annually, and check out materials 132,000 times. Seventeen percent of all check-outs are children's materials.

There is also an annual concert schedule that is announced prior to the fair. Exhibition buildings and grounds include the Agriculture Center, Arizona Plaza Building, Avenue of Flags, Cattle Barns, Exhibit Building, Grandstand-Arena, Hacienda Home Arts Center, Wesley Bolin Building, and the Party Gras.
