Waldo's BBQ is a western barbecue serving lunch and dinner in the east of Greenfield. The dinner menu consists of tender mesquite, smoked roast beef, slow-smoked chicken, smoked ham, crispy lettuce topped with pulled meat, riblet basket, rib eye steak, potato salad, chicken dippers, Waldo's humble pie, and hot peach cobbler. Lunch includes baby back ribs, half chicken meal, baked potato, vegi-kabob, chicken dippers, and skookie. A kids menu is also available. Catering is provided. The BBQ has another location in Scottsdale.
