All flights are $125.00 per person which includes an after flight celebration of champagne, pastries and orange juice. Guests will receive a first flight card and a certificate. The flights usually last from 45 minutes to one and one half-hours, depending on wind conditions. Southern Arizona Balloon Excursions flies at sunrise, which is approximately 6:45 in the morning. The company is family owned and operated and and has been operating in the area for about 15 years. The pilot of the balloon is FAA certified and is an instructor as well as a commercial pilot. He has logged hours in Japan and France and has participated in the winter Olympics in Calgary. He has accumulated over 2000 hours flying hot air balloons.
