Northeastern Region

Sometimes known as "Indian Country", the Northeastern Region of Arizona holds fascinating reminders of Indian cultures of the past. Visitors can explore cliff dwellings in Canyon de Chelly and see Oraibi, the oldest continuously inhabited community in America.

Other attractions include Petrified Forest National Park, east of Holbrook; Four Corners, the only place in the United States where you can be in four states at one time; Monument Valley, Homolovi Ruins, and the Painted Desert, all within minutes of each other.

Newly done.
