New Westminster Public Library has various collections of books and two galleries. The library's Art gallery features changing displays of works created by local artists and also periodic art rental exhibits by the New Westminster Arts Council. The Library is wheelchair accessible. It provides free internet service for the public. Its two meeting rooms are available for groups to book. The rooms are primarily for meetings conducted, initiated or co-sponsored by the library. Tours, photocopiers and interlibrary loans are available.
