Just west of the Alberta border on the north side of Crowsnest Highway 3. For centuries Native peoples camped at the site of the present day park. They were followed by explorers, fur traders, and railroad builders. In the vicinity is good winter range for deer and elk.

This is just one of hundreds of British Columbia Provincial Parks.
