Kelowna Dragon Boat Club

The Kelowna Dragon Boat Club was formed in 1999 to promote fun and fitness through the sport of Dragon Boating and to make it available to the community at large. It provides a venue through which beginner to intermediate paddlers can learn and train. The purpose is to promote fun, fitness and team building through Dragon Boating, one of the world's fastest growing sports. It offers instruction and training in all areas of Dragon Boating for all levels of expertise from novice to competitive status. A team consists of 20 paddlers, a drummer, and a steerer.
