Fairview Cellars |
Fairview Cellars wines consist of the three Bordeaux classics; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot. Fairview also has a very small planting of Gamay and Shiraz The wines are barrel aged in an underground cellar then blended to marry the various attributes of each grape.
