General Motors Place

GM Place is a multipurpose hockey and basketball arena. The ice on it is melted two to four times a year so the basketball court must be placed on top of it. The stadium can seat over 19,000 for basketball, and over 18,400 for hockey. It is the firstprivately funded arena since 1931.
