Located 5 km/3 mi east of Abbotsford on Sumas Mountain, the resort is reached from
Highway 1 (The Transcanada Highway) by the Whatcom Road exit. In its 13 hectares (33 acres) of woodland, the resort provides full hook ups as well as tent sites, nestled among the trees. There are picnic tables, showers, laundry, an indoor pool and Jacuzzi, as well as outdoor tennis and hiking trails. The registration office is located in a 1911 train station.
