The Treasure Chest is a Tudor style home surrounded by trees, overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Esquimalt Lagoon Bird Sanctuary. The house features three suites namely the Shangrila Suite, Serenity Suite, and Utopia Suite. The rooms are equipped with queen/king size beds, ocean and mountain views, and shared and private bathrooms. There is a guest living room with satellite TV and cable TV in 2 of the bedrooms. A coffee station with a refrigerator and a large balcony is also available.
