Inniskillin Okanagan vinified its first vintage in 1994 producing 3,300 cases of VQA Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Icewine. Current production is about 20,000 cases of VQA wines annually. Winemaker and general manager Sandor Mayer has worked with Inniskillin since 1990.
