With clay cliffs and hoodoo formations breaking the grassland benches, and herds of California bighorn sheep roaming freely, the area offers excellent opportunities for wildlife viewing and photography. There is also hiking, mountain bike riding, and in winter, cross-country skiing. The park is located at the junction of the Chilcotin River and
Fraser River. There are no developed facilities in the park for public use. Protection of the wildlife and their habitats is critical to the management of this park.
This is just one of hundreds of British Columbia Provincial Parks.
