Actually called the Khutzeymateen/K'tzin-a-diin Grizzly Sanctuary, it is located northeast of Prince Rupert. It is the only area in Canada designated to protect the huge silver-tipped bears. This park is home to one of the largest populations of grizzlies along the British Columbia Coast. Visitors must register with BC Parks, and viewing is limited to one escorted group per day.
