Named for a pioneer who built Port Alberni's earliest sawmill, visitors can relax near the lovely waterfall and during summer and fall they can watch the salmon ascend the fish ladders. There are beautiful walks in the area as well as steelhead and cuttthroat trout to tempt fishermen.
