Located in the friendly town of Armstrong, traditional cheddaring takes place in open vats, where visitors can see the process. The cheesemakers are experienced and talented. Ice cream is homemade, cheese curds are fresh everyday and gift baskets are offered.
Antiques, cow shirts and sovenirs are also offered.
Open 9am-9pm daily in summer; 9am-6pm the rest of the year.
