Prince Edward Island Preserve Company manufactures and sells high quality specialty foods made primarily from Island produce, including preserves, vinegar, antipasto, fruit sauces and syrups, as well as crafts, tea, books, and music.
Prince Edward Island Preserve Company is housed in a restored 1913 butter factory in New Glasgow, which now holds a country gift store, processing operation, 90-seat seasonal restaurant with a beautiful view of the River Clyde, and a mail order business.
