Horizons Restaurant is situated on top of Burnaby Mountain Park, near from downtown Vancouver. Lunch menu includes daily soup, warm chicken salad, westcoast bouillabaisse, spinach, arugula and winter pear salad and wood grilled prawns. Dinner menu includes mixed baby greens, pecan crusted goat cheese cakes, maple roasted salmon, smoked Alaskan black cod and sherry soy marinated pekin duck breast. Dessert menu includes lemon velvet tart, Belgian chocolate mousse, old fashioned berry crumble and Elysium black Muscat. It offers a dining room which can accommodate 200 persons, holding lounge and an outdoor patio.
