Located in the Fairview Point building at the corner of Birch and Broadway in Vancouver, the Columbia Academy is over 20,000 sq ft devoted to studios, labs and classrooms. They offer a ten month career training program in broadcast performing arts for individuals considering a career in the broadcast industry. The program allows you to develop hands-on professional skills as an on-air personality, in commercial production, copywriting, news and sports writing and delivery, programming, music direction and the logistics of working in the traffic department.
