Karuna Centre offers classes in yoga, dance, and other movement disciplines for adults of all levels. Classes include exercises for the development of strength, co-ordination, and flexibility through the use of gravity and momentum. The study of Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido involves more than self-defense techniques. Students learn to coordinate mind and body, to work with others positively, and realize their full potential. Workshops and events are conducted.
