British Columbia Rockies

The Rockies contain some of the leading golf resort developments in Canada, including Radium and Fairmont Hot Springs at the top. Twelve courses, with an average distance of 35 kilometres between them, offer unrivaled terrain and mountain vistas. The mountains hold a multitude of rainbow, brook, lake and cutthroat trout.

Hot springs abound at Radium Hot Springs, Fairmont Hot Springs and Lussier, all averaging from 35 to 44 degrees celsius. See the historic murals in Centennial Square at Sparwood, depicting the history of the ghost towns of Michel and Natal. The town of Kimberley is modeled after a classic Bavarian village; in the central square, Der Platzl, you can listen to outdoor concerts and eat fresh strudel.
