Rullingen Castle today is a luxury hotel and restaurant. The owner, a baron, is executive chef. Capacity is approximately 220 guests.
Extensive modifications were performed on Rullingen in the 16th and 17th centuries, when it aquired its current proportions; a 1920 restoration gave it a Brabantine character. The castle had originally been the posession of the Counts of Loon, but no part of the original medieval building still exists.
