Rullingen Castle today is a luxury hotel and restaurant. The owner, a baron, is executive chef. Capacity is approximately 220 guests. Extensive modifications were performed on Rullingen in the 16th and 17th centuries, when it aquired its current proportions; a 1920 restoration gave it a Brabantine character.
