Aptos California

Originally an Indian village, the village of Aptos was established in 1833. Aptos is literally the home of the invisible tourist, with an average of 275,000 visitor days per year.

Aptos is located in Santa Cruz County just south of San Francisco between Santa Cruz and Salinas along US Highway 101 near Monterey Bay and the Pacific Ocean.

Aptos is part of the Santa Cruz-Watsonville, California metro area.
