Calabasas

Calabasas, located just inland of Malibu, offers visitors many interesting recreational activities. Visitors can visit the Leonis Adobe, the old home of the "King of Calabasas." One can also visit The Plummer House, a pre-served 1875-vintage Victorian home relocated from Hollywood and is also part of the Leonis Adobe tour. East from the Leonis Adobe is Calabasas Creek Park, a replica of a Victorian garden. Visitors and residents enjoy the Pumpkin Festival, a popular event held every October to raise funds for the Chamber of Commerce and other local charities.

Calabasas is located in Los Angeles County on the western city limits of Los Angeles between Thousand Oaks and Encino along US Highway 101 near the Encino Reservoir and Lake Lindero.

Calabasas is part of the Los Angeles-Long Beach, California metro area.
