Casper Headlands State Beach has miles of undeveloped beach adjacent to two acres of headlands and a panoramic ocean view. The beach is a good place to watch for migrating gray whales. Fishing is also popular off the beach. Layered clothing is recommended.

The beach is two miles north of Russian Gulch on the coast access road, Point Cabrill Drive. From the north it is 1 mile south of the turnoff at milepost 54.71 on Highway 1.
