Cowell Beach

Santa Cruz invites sun worshippers to play volleyball or stroll along miles of sandy beach. Visitors have access to a beachgoing wheelchair in the summer at Cowell Beach on a first-come, first-serve basis. Cowell Beach is open sunrise to sunset.
