Cuvasion Winery was founded in 1969 in
Calistoga,
Napa Valley, California. The winery's name "cuvaison" (Koo-vay-sawn) is French for the fermentation of wine on the grape skins. The history and heart of Cuvaison lies in the winerys 400-acre Carneros Estate vineyard producing its Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Merlot fruit. In 1998, Cuvaison expanded its estate wines program with the purchase of the 170-acre Brandlin Vineyard in the Mt. Veeder region of Napa Valley.
The winery is open daily from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. This winery features a wine cave tour, trellised patio and picnic grounds. Cuvasion Winery is available for special events. Please call for more information.
