Merlot Bistro offers exotic dishes like chicken-curry frittata with tamarind chutney, and hot beignets fritters for breakfast, an array of regional dishes for lunch including colorful salads, and a variety of sandwiches. Their dinner menu always includes fresh local fishes, grilled meat entrees, gourmet pizza and vegetarian dishes. Some of their favorite dishes include San Joaquin Valley Rabbit with tamale dumplings and mango tequila relish, grilled free range chicken with organic vegetables, fresh Salmon with spinach and blackened Halibut. Their facilities can accommodate private parties for 20 to 150 people.
