The original Forge in the Forest Blacksmith Shop was established by John Catlin. The Forge moved to its present location on the corner of 5th and Junipero in 1944. Years later, The Forge in the Forest has evolved into an employee owned and operated restaurant with over 30 employee/co-owners.
